Current News & Events / Entertainment on River Rd tonight!« on: July 04, 2008, 06:58:20 PM »
If anyone out there likes the sound of loud music, engines roaring from /three wheelers ripping around, come to River rd to get your fix...the party is in full force from the neighborhood gang. I am sure there will be lots of alcohol and fireworks later. My attempt at being sarcastic and thoroughly annoyed that this has to be tolerated week after week. No law enforcement seen on this road in over a month!

Current News & Events / Re: Reported ATV Accident In Vicinity Of Riverberry Farm« on: June 23, 2008, 05:16:31 PM »
I moved to this small "quaint" town 5 years ago and soon discovered that we spent a lot of hard earned money on a house in the wrong part of town. It seems to be the norm on River Rd to have to listen to loud music, fireworks, parties, bonfires, ATV's and loud trucks squeeling down the road way past the posted speed limits and at all hours of the night and day. Complaints to the police are such a waste of time and effort and the offenders know it! I never hear any mention of this problem at town meetings, selectboard meetings or in the media unless someone gets hurt. I have given up calling anyone...because no one is listening. The 20 something year old offenders are the ones living with Mom and Pop and helping to pay the bills so you won't see them kicked out anytime soon.

Current News & Events / Re: Anyone Missing A Dog?? - Photo Here Of The Dog« on: February 06, 2008, 10:58:34 PM »
I saw this dog running along with 2 women joggers this morning on River rd so it most probably is the little dog from Goose Pond Rd. One of the joggers is the lady that owns the bakery and a friend who perhaps is the dogs owner and the dog wandered away from them to Steeples. Just a hunch!

Thanks Henry! I will let you know if this works next year as I am sure it is too late in the season now for blossoms.

I purchased 2 blue hydrangeas three years ago locally and they are really huge plants today but not one blossom since I purchased them. I have mounded them with mulch over the winter but still not one blossom, just huge bushes! What is your secret?
