Henry, I am surprised that as an ole farm boy you did not run over the critter. they eat grass. they were one of the worst things farmers used to have to contend with, because when mowing hay a horse could step into a woodchuck (ground hog) ( whistle pig) hole and breaks its leg and you know whats done to a horse with a broken leg ----dog food Even a tractor farmer can have hay machinse broken by the debris by their holes.

I think that the homeowner should be honored for rehabilitating a criminal at no cost to the taxpayer or supporting him in jail

I would not worry about the opening if its twelve feet wide,as most states have a regular width limit of eight feet and any thing wider has to have a placard on its bumpers and or escort vehicles.

why is he campaigning instead of doing the job he is paid for? Isn't this a violation of the Taft-Hartly act? also he should be "standing tall' for the actions of Sgt Bales, after all he is the Commander in Chief and responsable for the actions of underlings either good or bad, after all he is the "head honcho"

the sad thing is that there is no simple answer. but having a death penalty and using it might help,it at least would get some of the vermin of off the streets. does vermont still have the rehab chair in windsor? this if all accounts are true is a premeditated murder is the state out of money to buy fuel for the generator? I'll buy the fuel for it. need someone to throw the switch--I'll do it,for free.

here in Pa they randomly ? pull senior drivers in for driving test, at what age this starts I do not know, but I know that I am approaching it although my neighbor 90+ has not taken a road test AARP has the 55 and alive program for drivers which tries to make them aware of senior type problems and most insurance co's give a 5-10% discount to attendees there are no writen test or road test after one attends the first time (required 3 year intervals) one can attend a refresher course ,which is 4 hrs vice 8

many years ago when Henry was a man about town , he was chairman of the church bazaar they would close off main street in front of Aldermans and Parson's stores and have a street dance. barn dance used to be both slow and square about 60% slow and 40% square at least thats what I recall of the one in Milton
