yes, health care needs to be revamped but why not on a state level like car insurance ,where high risk drivers (or those with a catastrophic illines ) be assiigned to the (assigned risk pool ) with a cap on health care cost set by the gov't, and each company that sells health insurance in that state has to take a turn with the catastrophic pool. this is a program which is run on the state level. the federal gov't has a track record of not being able to run anything IE social security is going broke along with medicare, the only thing they have is the IRS and that is --well -has a lot to be desired as for it honest across the board taxation like I recieved a letter stating that I had overpaid and here was a refund of the excess funds, three months later I recieve another letter stating that I had underpaid ( same amount as the overpayment) and here added was the late penalty I wrote to them saying that if it was my mistake I did not mind paying but having to pay for their mistake was wrong-- they never replied

I live in southwest pa about 25 miles north of Philadelphia and was at the farm where I help out one day and there was a truck with Vt tags on it and then I saw a strange gal emerge from the farrowing barn and i ask if she was the one with the Yankee tagged truck, she replied no its my cousin, so I asked her when she came out where she was from and her reply was a small town . then I told her hit me with it and she said Westford then I replied Fairfax her jaw dropped . she said that she was originally from New Jersey but had moved north but it was obvious to me that I had left fairfax long before she was born

If you have hard water this could be part of your problem, it happened on my sons the drain hose has a loop in it and it was plugged with calcium now he runs a Little vinegar with each load, this may not be your problem though

That question, has so many variables as for each persons circumstances does not have a simple yes or no unless they are all known IE how long you plan to stay, seeking a job, distance to work, family, too close or too far away? but one thing always comes out after say ten yrs with renting all you have are cancelled checks and by buying at least some equity should have built up (normally) One other thing, people do not become landlords for the fun of it.

Henry,, one of the reasons for flowing the blood over the hand was almost like my dad would do only he would after catching the blood in a milk bucket open his hand and whisk it thru the blood to get the clotting done and then throw the clots out ,that way the rest of the blood would not clot and could be put in large pans and baked, I was told that this was getting the iron out of it .

what a mistake . this whole problem should have been handled by the chief with no outside press involved I have belonged to a fire co here in Pa and the first thing is that the old procedure comes in "praise in public, censure in private" the publicity does not help the volunteer fire co's at all especially with memberships declineing and more mandated training being required.
