General Discussion / Website Help

I was wondering if there is anyone in Fairfax who might be able to donate a few hours to teach me how to set up and manage our fairfaxrecreation website. I'd like to be able to put an on-line registration form on for the egg run that people can fill out and just submit - if you can help, e-mail me fairfaxparksandrec@yahoo.com or call 849-2641 - Thanks!
Katrina

Current News & Events / And the ducky race winners are.......
« on: June 06, 2009, 04:15:12 PM »
After a great community day - the 17th annual ducky race had a it's longest lasting race, 2 hours and 9 minutes (usually the race is about 45 minutes.) Duck 426, had a strong lead for most of the race, only to almost sink and stall out about 50 yards from the finish, this Duck 334 then took the lead and looked like it would be the big winner but in the last 10 feet of the race, three ducks came on strong - with Duck  419 taking 1st, Duck 288 taking second and Duck 17 taking 3rd. (unofficial - I don't have my sheet with me)

and winning the golden trophy with the most businesses sales is THE FAIRFAX PHARMACY! they will be able keep the coveted golden duck trophy for the next year.
Second place and third place in ducky sales race was the foothills bakery and Rainville's.

Thank you everyone for your support!

Park and Rec director
