I don't think you can over-report the corn news! I love it! The more corn photos...the better, in my opinion! Haying too! Gotta love the land! (especially while it's not covered in snow and ice!)

You're pretty lucky to have a backhoe across the road, but even luckier to have JR! I love the town and people I grew up with! Suzy

They make squirrel proof bird feeders with long slippery cones above them that squirrels aren't supposed to be able to get into. My mom has one, and lots of squirrels. She said they tried to get into it a few times, failed, and finally just gave up. The birds can still perch and get to the seed.

That's near the Mansfield Dairy, isn't it? That's where I thought it was from the photos. Nice photos! Suzy

Well, it says you're Lisa, so I'll just go with that. And yes, it is me lurking here in Henry's forum. It's one of my favorite places to lurk actually. I hope you're upholding Ernie's legacy as well? Written any plays lately? Do you spell check for Henry too?

It's Tom Rush! He's from New Hampshire, but he lives here in Jackson, WY...or he used to. I babysat for his daughter, and sometimes got free concerts when he sang to her, or sang around the house! It was such a treat! He's a really nice guy, and his wife is an author of a book called Shadow Mountain about wolf reintroduction to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Her name is Renee Askins. That song is hysterical, and I've saved it in my favorites.

Okay, but isn't it lightning instead of lightening? Check the spelling on the Free Press photo. I just have to uphold Ernie Codding's legacy. Yes, I checked the dictionary in his honor. Suzy Spellchecker
