Development Review Board (DRB) is actively seeking a new member.

The Board usually meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM.  Members review project applications for compliance with the current Town Regulations.  Typical projects reviewed by the DRB include:
   Subdivisions
   Boundary Adjustments
   Conditional Uses
   Site Plan Reviews
   Appeals of Zoning Decision

Please submit your interest in writing to the Selectboard via letter (PO Box 27, Fairfax, VT 05454),
e-mail (FairfaxSelectBoard@Yahoo.com), or fax (849-6276).

Feel free to contact the Zoning office for more specific information at 849-6111.
