Beginning to shape up as plywood goes up on the walls - Not a great day to take pictures with all the rain falling, but Mike Cain may get one.  Building looking much bigger as plywood goes on.

I know the illustration is only a reference and not intended to be 100% accurate, but I'm wondering why the steeple is set back a bit farther.  Zoning?  Powerlines? I'm not complaining, just curious... :)

It looks to me like they centered it over the entrance - I am no designer, but if you had it closer to the front and you sat in the parking lot looking at it, it just wouldn't balance out.  My take.

The constructions seems to be going very slow.  I don't hear any power nailers being used, everything seems to be hand nailed???

It could be because everything and everyone is being rained upon so it is a safety issue. Just  guessing.

"Power nailers" are usually pneumatic off of electric air compressors.
Very safe in rain with the proper cords and source.

Is there power near buy?

Andy Potter from WCAX is on his way to Steeple Market.
He should be there at about 11:00am (approx !!!)
to do a story on the rebuilding of the market.

If any of you want to head down, he may do an interview.
Watch for the story on WCAX tonight at 6:00pm.

Looks like there was a temp power service being run across the road this morning.
Can you say pneumatic nail guns.
