Wow... so much to do at the library this week:  Pre-register, unless otherwise noted. 849-2420.
Our mini science fair features construction and structural integrity- how strong a structure can you build from straws and tape? Come check it out! This is available during regular library hours. Thanks to Alana Torroca for loaning us this great exhibit.
Monday from 10 - 11:30 or so we have a dinosaur walk and craft. Take a little walk as we discuss what the world and its plants looked like when the dinosaurs were here, then make a mini dinosaur world! Free, ages 6 and up.
Tuesday Preschool Story Hour features "The Five Senses". 9:30 - 10:30. Free, no sign-up necessary.
Tuesday from 1 - 4 we'll be having our Vermont Libraries Spark a Culture of Innovation TOY HACKING event. We'll be joined by Jenn Karson from Vermont Makers. For more info, see: http://steam-e-zine.com/index.php/spark-a-culture-of-innovation  Free, but must pre-register. Ages 8 and up. Adult helpers welcome!
Tuesday from 6 - 8 we'll have another table top game night! No pre-reg necessary. Show up and play!!
Wednesday it's a rare daytime concert! Enjoy Vermont's own Swing Peepers as we celebrate summer and science in story and song. Fun for all ages. No sign-up necessary.
Wednesday from 4 - 5 it's READ to a Dog. Kids ages 6 up can read a book to a friendly dog. Free, must pre-register.
Thursday from 5 - 8 it's Card Making / Crop with Karen McNall. Fee for materials payable at class. Please pre-register. No need to stay for all three hours. It's up to you!
Saturday from 10 - 12:30 we have a Family Treasure Hunt. Come join us as we search for items and answers! Prizes to the fastest two teams with the most items! Thank you Nan's Mobil! Free, pre-register, please.
