I can no longer spend the time to check out the validity of each registration, so if you would like to become a member of the forum, please send me an e-mail at vtgrandpa@yahoo.com

In your e-mail tell me your real name and let me know what your connection is with Fairfax or one of the surrounding communities.

Let me know what you want to use for a username

Let me know what you want to use for a password

If everything looks legitimate, I will approve your registration and you should be all set to go.

I opened up the registration this morning for about half an hour and received 5 registrations.  I have sent out 5 notes and have received nothing back, so am assuming that these were bogus registrations -  For those of you that have tried to register and got the note Registration Disabled, sorry about that, but I need to do this as simply as I can without the forum being cluttered with people putting up Viagra Ads, or other unwanted advertisements and comments.

Good for you , Henry         Without this control process the Forum could really be utilized by commercial interests . After all , it's your forum , set up by you as a vehicle for non-commercial use by individuals interested in serving or discussing Fairfax and/or area issues which provide a valuable resource to the town and it's certainly legitimate for you to set the boundaries .  Nice job , my friend .
