Did anyone else get a change in appraisal notice because they "corrected a reappraisal error"?  It really hurts when your tax assessed value is more than a paid appraisors value is!

YES.

It isn't only down there.

I have to contest mine every year, to get a few bucks knocked off

My write in my contest form every time "If you think it's worth that much, BUY IT from us."
They knock off more than 30 bucks,,, but geeze......come on.

Where do we live? Bel Air?
