BFA-Fairfax 33, Poultney 26: At Fairfax, Andrew Barden threw a touchdown pass and ran for another, Ben Langelier had two scoring runs, and BFA-Fairfax used a quick start to dispatch Poultney in a Division III game.

BFA stormed to a 26-8 halftime lead, compliments of Langeliers short touchdown runs and Bardens 80-yard hookup with Max Graves.

Jeremy Lawrence also had a rushing touchdown for BFA.

John Fairbanks paced Poultney, scoring on a 95-yard kick-off return and a 47-yard punt return.

Awesome job Guys!  My daughter said it was a great game for both action and Team/Community spirit - with students coming painted and with loud spirit-driven instruments!  Sounds like a great time and our team played well.

BFA Fairfax Bullets travel to Montpelier High School Friday, October 16th for 7pm kickoff.  Come support your Bullets, which are currently in fifth place in DIII.  Wear your maroon and white and bring your cow bells, noise makers, drums, whatever.  Go Bullets!

Total team effort tonight.  Coldest game I've encountered.  Poweraide was slush, water froze, but we conquered Montpelier and move onward to take on Oxbow Union HS at Fairfax on October 24th.  1pm kickoff.
