The car was fired and the timing was checked.HEAT WAVEPosted for Tuesday August 18th.................Not sure if it counts as being an official heat wave, but this has been the only stretch of weather like this all summer. Of course, it had to happen the weekend of the Vermont State Firefighters Convention. It was in Bennington this year. We-FXFD-did not have a team this year, so no one went down, and I was not an official. Judging by the weather, the event I do, SCBA Endurance, must have been a hot one. Full bunker gear, air pack, doing an obsticle course-like drill. I hope everyone survived down there. I will do some checking, and if I can find some results, I will post them here.
