1st Annual PTSA Auction Night

Come One Come All to our 1st Auction

All proceeds will go to activities for the children of Fairfax.

Ticket sales are from 6:30pm-8:30pm  in the elementary Lobby
$1 a ticket 6 tickets for $5

You may put as many entries into each bucket as you want.  We have more than 20 gift bundles.

Announcements / PTSA Volunteers Needed and Upcoming event list

The PTSA has these items coming up - I will need volunteers to accomplish this: If your Boy Scout/Sport Player or any other group would like to volunteer some time .....

February 6th - We are running 2 movie nights one in the elementary and one in the middle school. 6:30-when movie is done

- 3-4 volunteers

February 6th - 1st Annual PTSA Auction/Raffle Night -Fundraiser for all our activities and supporting students

-2-3 volunteers

March 14th Family Photo Day W/Tia Rooney Photography -- this is completed and ready to go.

March 28th Book Fair --1 day book fair that runs with the SX6 Birthday Bash.

2-3 Volunteers - Set up/sell/take down

May 4-8 is National Teacher Appreciation Week -

5-8 Volunteers -- set up/clean up each morning - donations for food - making foods etc etc
