I just pulled up all of these I could find around our yard. Be very careful with them. My wife works in a doctors office and they had a patient with a bad case, and it took months for them to recover.

Someone told me that they were having their house torn down, and re-building something new in its place, but I didnt know if they were gardening somewhere else this year.

Does anyone know if it is going to be open this year? The last couple years I've sold some of the surplus from my garden to them.

Clearly, it's to resist the Zombie Apocalypse and Alien Invasion.

A lot of hulabaloo over nothing. People have the right to protest, regardless of what they might be protesting...well, MOST of the time.
Most likely scenarios:
1. Religious fundamentalist protesting "holiday" cards, because they think it should be only christmas cards. 2. Anti-religious person protesting any sort of cards being sent out at all.
I'm sure people here have seen the Westboro Baptist Church threats to protest the funerals kindergarteners killed in the latest gun-massacre in CT, because of something like "the massacre is god's punishment for people being gay", or some such nonsense. I dont think people should be allowed to protest funerals. That's just wrong.

I wondered what that was. I encountered the backup a little before 7:30, and waited in stopped traffic for about 1/2 without moving. Then I turned around and went back.

We tried out the new country pantry for breakfast last weekend. My pancakes, bacon, and home fries were fine (though I suspect the home fries may have been from the freezer). My wife's breakfast of crabcake benedict was terrible. She said it was the worst crabcake she'd ever had, and wasnt even sure there was any actual crab in it. The eggs benedict were way overcooked to the point of being completely dried out. The english muffin beneath everything was so tough she couldnt cut through it with her knife (maybe it was microwaved to death). Service was a bit slow and distracted, but they are newly opened so that is not a big deal. My meal arrived before my wife's and I was already done eating mine, as her food was getting put on the table. They did take my wife's meal off the bill, which was really nice. I'm not sure if we'll go back.
We'd like to support an in-town restaurant, but wont if the quality is bad or inconsistent.

We did not like Moneyball. We thought the story itself would have been interesting, but it was done badly, and in a boring manner. It was a long movie, that seemed even longer due to being uninteresting. Not even good for a Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie. Most people seem to disagree with us though.

We went there last Friday, only to find it closed, and the sign pictured above on the door.

The cat belonged to a nearby neighbor, and is back home now. He is an inside cat, so we didnt recognize him.

We have had a visitor at our house by the covered bridge the last couple days: We have a cat door, so our cats come and go as they please, and sometimes other cats will come in too. But this little guy seems like he has decided to stay. He definitely is not a wild cat, as he's neutered, in excellent condition, has his claws clipped/filed, and is definitely used to people. The first night he was in our house he even jumped into bed and was laying on top of us. He is a very vocal and active cat, loves to be petted, and will sometimes come when called. He is lanky, muscular, and lean, with a pointy face. We thought he would leave on his own, if he belongs to someone, but he hasnt shown any sign of wanting to. Does anyone know who he might belong to?

Tragically, we found out that Supreme was killed by car on the road by the Steeple market. This is very very hard thing...our cats are like family members to us.
Thank you to everyone who tried to help us find out what happened.

Thanks Margie. We live just over the covered bridge from you, so maybe it was him.
