Even more reason to hit the SIT tone, to show them that the number is no longer in service....as far as they know.
The tones should cancel your number from their system.

You can own a firearm in about 15 minutes.

For home defense, you're better off going with a shotgun.

There's a new one up by the Hospital too. I've been in a couple times, they have a nice selection of rifles, some handguns, and some ammo. I'm not sure if they have a website yet.

I'm sure someone from the FD/Rescue will post something more informative, but I saw today at work (IBM) ... that IBM has donated $10,000 to Fairfax EMS for e911 signs for all residences in Fairfax, and our surrounding towns.
