I was wondering if their are any drawings, plans, artist renditions of the Pavillion and Restroom facility with storage to be built at the Parks and Rec Dept land. Where are they going to be built? and are their any estimated maintenance costs associated with these 2 buildings? Article 7 doesnt consist of a dollar ammount, Does this mean that we are voting for them to be built at no expense to the tax payer? Will any of this information be availiable prior to Town meeting day?

Current News & Events / Re: No Power Downtown

The school does have a generator with much thanks to Ed Nuttal when he was on the selectboard. The generator however cannot restore power to the "old" school and the upstairs addition above the library. The generator was obtained from a grant which made the school an emergency shelter in case of ice storms etc... etc... Their was a question about school being called but cvps assured us that the power would be restored in 1 to 2 hours. 1 hour 50 minutes it took them. I was impressed. Thanks Ed. The generator works fine.

Thoughts & Musings From Pastor Liz / Re: Apple Sunday and Marvin

Thank you for sharing that, I miss and think of marvin often. He would always come by to help me paint the fields and i know my father doug thinks of him often too as he cuts more trees to clear the cross country trails. We ALL know Marvin would be right there helping and trying to pursuade us all to save that tree or that one, why do you have to cut that one. God Bless You Marvin, You were a strong person.
