Hello Faifax

« : April 16, 2011, 07:13:42 PM »

Good evening Fairfax, and thanks for reading on this blustery below average Saturday evening! I am posting this new topic this evening to both welcome, and congratulate The Eastman's Bakery newley opened in our lovley town!  I stopped in this morning, and was surely amazed and impressed within 30 seconds of being inside the door! I myself have been in the food/customer service business for over ten years; most of my experience being in direct management.  My experience goes as follows:   I walk in the door, and instantley I recieve an inviting vibe about the place.   Very spacious proper lighting,an open kitchen is HUGE in my personal prefrence, and upon noticing the open kitchen, I notice that the entire kitchen is practically brand new.  I was extremely jealous of the Blodgett baking centers that they have aquired! Blodgett is not a cheap provider, so I feel the owners spent top dollar to create a top dollar product, for top dollar customers! The cooler/ freezer section was the same Ive used in kitchens in the past and know they are the best of quality!  I was very pleased to see the dry shelf very well situated, and completley organized! As for the service, I was in line, and I overheard the sever tell a customer it was his first day on the job. Honestly, I would have never noticed.  I will definitly return to Eastman's and gladly give them my business! I would actually like to meet the owners, and see if they need any part time help on the weekends! LoL.    Thank you and have a nice evening! Brett Michaud

Brett, if you have not met the Eastmans you will be blessed when you do. They are wonderful and do a lot for this community. They were at one time looking for someone part time so go in and ask for Yvonne. She is usually there.
