Are we leaving our children alone in another section or just leaving them at the library and leaving?

The unattended child policy addresses at what age children can be in the library without a care giver or parent (after school hours or weekends), and
states that the parents are responsible for their children, their actions and what they read (the library does not act in place of parents under the law). It also states that
children must follow library rules and staff directions.
The policy is currently in draft format.
