You will notice some activity at the Old Grange Hall (aka Book Store, aka Movie Theater) located in Main Hill.  The building is being demolished and a new 3 bedroom home going in.

I finally remembered to check it out on my way by this morning.  Where are they going to put a 3 bedroom home and a driveway on that speck of land?!  What are the setbacks in the village anyway?

Good Morning Henry    Wasn't the Grange Hall also used for basketball games back in BFA's history ?  I seem to remember John Barker talking about the crowd at the Grange Hall in 1941 when the boiler blew up in the evening at the first BFA building ???

Yes Dick,  Ruth Ellsworth talked about them being down at a basketball game when they heard the explosion of the Old BFA Fire - I understand from a brief look I saw of the prints at the town office, it looks like the house will be long and narrow with a garage in the cellar as you drive in.

It will be a good deal for someone with water & sewer already there and they certainly won't have much lawn to mow.
