Now if they could take care of the trees and limbs that are blocking the new signs, then we could really see them.

On behalf of the Knights of Columbus, and my family, we pass on our condolances.  We all know how much you love Maryann through all your postings at this site alone.  We will keep you, your family and Maryann in our prayers.

Even though VT has passed the texting while driving ban, it is amazing how many people are so addicted to their phones that they ignore this law.  It would be nice to see write ups in the BFP or Messenger on drivers pulled over for texting while driving, on the front page no less.  Don't see that happening in the near future, but it would be good press for our law enforcement agencies.
I hope mother and child recover and learn from this accident.

So with all the GPS technology currently out there, why don't they have a program that alerts truck drivers to getting around these construction projects?  I agree with the signs not helping the situation.  Our daughter called the first night on her way home thinking 104A was closed.  I did take the kids into school one morning and made sure I wouldn't do that again.  Everyone was courteous in regards to taking turns on the bridge, I'm just not used to all the traffic that the detour caused.

Had a green one zip past my head this morning, love seeing them back.

Hi Henry,
There is a very friendly, sweet black dog that is over here on Comette Rd (she has been up to Rugg Rd as well). She is all black with a white stripe on her chest. I'm going to try to get a picture of her, but I hope this helps find her owners...

If it was a free range tree as opposed to a "tree farm" tree wouldn't it have less pollutants from not being fed tree steroids, hence a "greener" burning tree?  Has anyone else invested in Al Gore's palm tree/orange groves in Maine?  It is the investment of the future!

Loctavious,
I couldn't agree more.  Wouldn't it be nice when these bottom feeders are apprehended they be sent to the hot spots of Afghanistan and dropped off in only their underwear.
