Property Transfers Have Been Updated Up To April 14th

I have updated the property transfers up to April 14, 2010.  Justin & Kimberly Brown has sold the Old Wells/Norton house near the covered bridge at 22 Maple Street and word on the street has it that he is in the process of buying a house in Mill Hill, although there was nothing recorded at The Town Office.

Housing appears to be picking up a bit with the 12th building permit this year just being issued today.
