Pictures of the Day

Normally I post this later in the evening around 11pm, but I wanted to get these up. It was still raining out, but I could see it was beginning to clear off to the west, so I went to the end of my street to get these pictures. The trick was to use the flash. It brightens everything in close range, but really lets the colors of the sky come through. I also do this when there are dark clouds around.

Great photos, Mike.  It was a beautiful sunset.  The light was magical.
