It's been interesting this winter. Major dumping right after New Year's, then nothing for the longest time. Got another storm, then it warmed up and all melted. Meanwhile, I read on Facebook and Twitter how it's snowing down south. NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin posted a picture of it snowing in North Carolina on Lake Norman Tuesday afternoon.


A former Fairfax resident was in disbelief that it was snowing in South Carolina late Tuesday.

So, Wednesday morning I went up Michelle Road across from Swanson's and got these two pictures.





I then took two pictures with my iPhone and posted them on Twitter. I tried to copy and paste here but it didn't work. If you want to see them check out:

We have been pretty lucky this winter as most major storms went south of us. Looks like we're in for a few days of sunshine now.

It snowed here in middle Tennessee are the other day....slowly warming up.  Supposed to be in the low 60s this weekend...I can't wait I really want to work outside! (Or play golf if the wife will let me!)
