Hi All,

Well restaurants come and go, but I am quite sure that any of you who have eaten at Bove's in Burlington will agree, there is none like it.  Bove's has been in business since 1941 and is truly a landmark in Burlington.  Many college kids over the years have found it a great place to eat.  Maryann and I have been going there off and on since before we were married.  I still go down and get a couple takeouts occasionally.  Maryann and I still remark about the decor of the place - Nothing has changed.  I have never been in the kitchen, so that will be very interesting to see.  By the way, takeouts, they are actually almost as quick as McDonalds - We always get their Antipasta Salad also.  If you have never been there, you ought to try it some time, but you would have to be in the minority, I am sure to be able to say that.  Click on the following link to read today's Free Press Article:
