Deputy Billow of the Franklin County Sheriff's Department will be at the BFA Elementary Gym tomorrow (Monday) evening at 6:30 p.m. to provide information about Neighborhood Watch programs and determine if there is sufficient interest in Fairfax to pursue such a program here.  I spoke with him this evening (we used to be neighbors in Highgate); he had planned this prior to the recent spate of thefts, but the timing is great.  This must be the same meeting Mr. Murphy mentioned for tomorrow, but I noticed that he had a time of 7 p.m.  I know Dpty. Billow will be there at 6:30 from what he told me on the phone.
