I'm a bit curious why death announcements are classified as current news, yet births are under announcements. The intent of the posts is the same - someone has arrived or departed. This struck me, as I frequent the current news section vs. announcements and it is unbalanced to always see the sadness of death in our community without the balance of joy of from new babies.
Not suggesting things need to change.....just curious to me,

We have decided to close up for the season, making last weekend our final opening until Spring. The cool, damp weather made for rough pizza making last weekend, so we are going to close up the oven for now. We will spend the winter months coming up with new recipes for next year and will post updates periodically. If anyone has suggestions for new flavors let us know and we will give them a try.
A big thank you goes out to everyone who supported our business this year - it was great to meet so many new people in town!

We are opening for pizza tomorrow, October 7th from 4-6:30. We don't have many weekends left until we close for the season, so come get our pizza while you can! New menu offering this week "the gardener" to complement "the vermonter".

Time update - we're opening today from 4-6:30. I mixed up our hours when i posted originally.
Enjoy some football (or leaf peeping, or housework, or whatever you like to do on Sundays) and get some pizza!

Celebrate the last day of September with Blue House Pizza Sunday, September 30th. Same menu as last week, mainly because I still can't stop thinking about our newest pizza, the Vermonter. We're opening at 4:30 on what is shaping up to be quite the grey weekend.

Tonight was rainy but tomorrow looks beautiful! Here's the menu with the newest pizza "the vermonter". Turkey, fresh apples, bacon and cheddar - by far my favorite concoction yet. We'll be open 4-6:30 -- call 777-1466 to order!

Possible thunderstorms Saturday means no pizza (boo!) so we are planning to open Sunday from 4-6:30. We'll post a menu tomorrow once we know the weather will cooperate.

We are taking the weekend off to recharge our batteries, go to the shelburne farms harvest fest, and play around with some fall inspired pizzas (ideas are welcomed).

So it appears that the wind and rain are putting a damper on opening up for pizza on Saturday. However…given Sunday is the first full day of NFL games, we are going to fire up Betty because what goes better with football than pizza! Hours will shift back a bit to 3:00 - 6:30 (it is a school night after all), so be sure to pick up your pizza before the 4:00 games or swing by at half time! Check out our menu below and hope to see you on Sunday!

We are celebrating the first day of September with a new menu item - the cheech! We will be open 4:30 - 8 on what is forecasted to be a beautiful evening!

We have some plans for apples and cabot cheddar......come late September when we are all excited for leaves changing we will crank out some fall themed flavors.

We are looking to add a new veggie option to the menu this week and could use a little help picking the flavor. Comment on your favorite or recommend something else.
We are thinking of :
- red pepper and caramelized onion
- tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach
- tomatoes and garlic

We are opening up tomorrow (August 25th) from 4:30 - 8pm. Same menu as last week since the bubba was such a big hit. Call 802-777-1466 to place an order for take-out. Cash, check, and all credit cards are accepted. We hope to see you tomorrow!
