Unbelievable, when is someone going to get a backbone and stand up to the people that are doing wrong in that district. Year after year good people get stepped on and nothing is done about it. I'm glad I don't pay taxes in that town. Julie, it was great working with you in my years at BFA.

Totally agree. Snowstorm vs.Hurricane? Big difference. Besides just about every school in the Champlain Valley pulled the plug the day before not just Fairfax.

And for faculty and staff that have to travel from out of town. Some places did get the wind like they said they would. People with children should appreciate being able to prepare the night before rather than scramble that morning. Geez give a break they're just trying to do the right thing.

40 means 50. Everybody travels 10 mph over the posted limit. I'm sorry MOST everybody.

Thanks for coming and spreading sand for me when I drove school bus there. It was reassuring to know that you and your crew were minutes away if needed. Great job done and enjoy your much deserved retirement!

Ok Chris, so you're against the death penalty. But can we make an exception in this case? Maybe the governor could stick his nose in this and do us all a favor. I say get rid of these dirtbags and take the money that we would spend on keeping them alive and put into a fund for the little boy that doesn't have a mother now.

Were going to pay no matter where or what the president goes or does. Even when he goes to the grocery store its tax dollars! I get to drive a school bus route right by UVM on Friday afternoon, can't wait!

The problem is Vermont does'nt have a death penalty. They will be convicted, serve some time, be rehabbed then deemed good enough to turn back into the general public. All the while they are in prison its our tax dollars keeping these scum bags alive! What is wrong with this picture? The only way that there is any penalty for this is that they should have their own lives taken plain and simple. The fact that these animals are still alive is sickening.

I called my heating oil company this week and asked if that was golng up also and guess what...it is! Anyways I asked if they could top off our tank, they did and we actually paid 6 cents less than what we paid a month ago. Hate to see what the price will be a month from now.

Not sure if it's a law or not but I think any school bus related accident the students are all supposed to be checked by EMS or someone that is qualified before being released or taken away.

Another quality employee getting out. Isn't anyone wondering what is going on there yet? So sad. Congrats on a great tenure Mr. Mcrae! I think I can remember every bus trip we took together. It was a pleasure supporting the music program. Very well run by a great instructor.

Very well put Roadkill. I am the Scott that Gary is speaking of and I totally and 110% stand behind what he is saying. We have worked there and we have seen what goes on AND what not goes on behind the scenes. I am also working at a place where no matter who you are or what position you hold you are held accountable for your actions. You are expected to do a job and do it to the best of your ability. The people that are in the highest positions there are highly respected because they treat every employee equal and don't look down on you. It all makes for a great place to work. I don't live in Fairfax but if I did I sure would be raising a stink knowing what goes on. I enjoyed my 11 yrs. of working at BFA. Met and worked with a lot of great people and the kids were and still are top notch. With that being said I too will request that Henry take my ability to post any OPINIONS away. Thank you very much!
