Took a ride around town this morning to check out the gas prices.  Up At Minors and at Ross's, the price is $2.979, while at Nan's it is $2.929.

This morning's price at Steeple Market the price was $2.939, but on Friday & Saturday the price will be 10 cents off for a price of $2.839.  I will be filling my car up at Steeple Market tomorrow at the $2.839 price.

Your guy's gas is reasonable.

If only there was a closer source of oil to Alaska.......

Oh well.

Gasoline prices in Dade City...2.75-2.79 ( has risen from 2.57 two weeks ago )
.Let's see.......Inventory is said to be in great shape ( eliminates excuse # 3 )....switch from gasoline to heating oil took place in late September ( eliminates excuse # 17 )
holidays coming up....time to raise prices for driving public in terms of supply and demand ( possible useage of excuse # 21 ) ...China's useage leapfrogging over that of the USA driving up global demand .... ( a good possibility for excuse # 27 ) and finally , speculators betting on price rises to cover their investments ..( according to Wall Street Journal ...Bingo !!!   )  and on we go....the short end of the stick again........northern states much more vulnerable then southern ones BECAUSE THEY CAN GET IT in that market......Begs the question, are we ever going to have an energy policy ??????

I was just saying to Dad today Mr. Brown, "I wonder what the excuse for the gas prices is this time" ~ Mary Kay
