I was watching Across The Fence yesterday and Lynn Jarvis was on and another lady who does cooking on the show.  UVM has a lot of recipe's and of course when you see them on the show, they really look delicious and not very difficult to make.  There is a whole website of recipes on the UVM web site that you can download if you wish without writing in for them.  Just click on the following link:
