The sketchy salesmen selling NY steak and seafood happens on the tail of:

Inspectors stopped a big truck hauling food in Vermont and found a big problem.

The Vermont Department of Motor vehicles says a truck from Tam's Trading out of Connecticut was carrying food to a business in Bradford. At a safety check point on I-91 they discovered the refrigerated truck was not working and the cargo box was 87 degrees. The health department responded. The food was thrown away.
