TEAGUE, on Feb. 13, 2007, at St. Vincent Medical Center (Portland, Ore.) a boy, Spencer William, to Heather (Whitehead) and Mark Teague of Beaverton, Ore. Paternal grandmother is Rosalie Teague of St. Albans.
