Channel 44 last night had a segment of some breakins up in St Johnsbury.  The owner of those storage lockers had an interesting suggestion regarding the type of lock to use that could not easily be cut:

Timson says the best way to protecting your property is use the right lock. He says this simple master lock won't do.

"The proper locks are round locks it makes it harder to cut," Timson said.

A good lock is just the beginning.

They showed a photo of one in the video, but I was unable to find a photo of one.  There are also several other suggestions you can check out if you are interested:

Boy if theives worked as hard at getting and keeping a job as they do breaking into places and robbing them, they'd probably make a decent honest living ;-)

There needs to be a storage of a mad dog inside  the storage lockers. Or a sign stating" anybody found her at night will be found here in the morning".
