Not sure how you folks in the local area feel, but we seem to be about a week ahead here in town.  Next week is usually the peak season.

Unfortunately today it is raining, but a nice trip for me, which is short and close by, is to drive down Route 128, there is usually good color on the left hand hills.  When I get to Weed Road, take that Road and head on over through Jericho, into Underhill Flats and to Underhill Center and up over the Pleasant Valley Road and over through to Jeffersonville, than back up towards Cambridge and up through Fletcher taking a slight detour up the Metcalf Pond Road and crossing over and coming back down the North Road and then back home on the Fletcher Road.  Usually makes for a nice trip, not far from home, with great scenery.
