The United Church holds its Chicken Pie Supper each fall around this time. Unfortunately there were a number of other activities that were taking place tonight and when I left around 5:30 p.m. they still did not have a full sitting. The Supper was just great. Chicken & Biscuits, all you could eat with lots and lots of chicken, squash, mashed potatoes, squash, cabbage salad, rolls and pumpkin & apple pie. I screwed up on a number of the photos that I took, but in this photo gallery are the photos that came out without being blurred.

And the pies begin to arrive

I missed a number of Chicken Pies arriving, but got this one below:

Jim & Laura Woodward are selling the tickets:

While Gary Gilbert helps Janet Lynch, Peggy Gilbert and Joyce McCuin get the pies ready:

Sally Sweet works with Sue Bosland and some of the other servers with some last minute instructions:

Meanwhile in the kitchen the rolls are ready to go:

I didn't get in the back, but I know that squash, potatoes & cabbage salad were being worked on:

I got a number of photos, but did something wrong, however this one of Art LeBlanc, Faith & Mike Cross & JoAnne Wilkins came out fairly clear.  One of JoAnne's sons was to her right, but cannot be seen in this photo.

Marnita Leach had just finished talking with Polly Flanders & Betty Parker:
