Announcements / Essex Condo for sale
« on: January 25, 2011, 08:29:17 AM »
Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to sell my 1-bedroom condo in Essex.  Its in the Cornerston Common condo complex at the intersection of Susie Wilson Road and Kellogg Road.  I've completely gone through the whole thing and pretty much remodeled everything, new flooring throughout, all new bathroom, new countertops in the kitchen, and all new paint.  Its very convenient to IBM, Fletcher Allen, Fanny Allen, UVM, St. Mikes.  Take a look at the craigslist add below.

If anyone is interested either reply to the craigslist add, or call Ryan at 802-598-5852.  Thanks!

I don't know how many people around here knew Mackenzie Pratt from Hyde Park, but she passed away late sunday evening after battling cancer for several years.  She was a stand out student athlete for Lamoille, and Norwich.  I didn't personally know her, but my sister played with, and against her in softball, and said she was a great person.  Sad story, heres the article from the free press
