7:30 PM G. Heyer called the meeting to order. The minutes from September 18, 2007 were reviewed.
A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the minutes from Sept. 18, 2007. R. Wimble second. All in favor.
The rest of the meeting was spent preparing the survey to be mailed the end of October. Collection boxes will go up just before the mailings are sent to all Fairfax residents.

The next meeting will be on October 16, 2007.
