The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
The minutes from February 7,
2006 were reviewed. P. Hudson made a motion to accept the
minutes from February 7, 2006. R. Wimble second. G. Heyer, M. Hunziker, R.
Wimble and P. Hudson in favor.
Discussion again continued on
the Bylaw changes. Mark Hunziker pointed
out the rest of the sections he identified that may need change. The section on Roads was discussed. G. Heyer will talk with the Selectboard for
their input on incorporating the current “Interim Subdivision Regulations
Concerning the Construction of New Roads”, into the actual Bylaws. The Planning Commission will do a draft of
suggested changes (to make this section Appendix D), for the Selectboard’s
review.
Definitions were
discussed. S. Taylor will obtain more
information on how to properly define “home occupations”.
9:25PM M Hunziker made a motion to adjourn. P. Hudson second. All in
favor.
The next meetings will be the regular schedule of the
first and third Tuesday evenings – March 7th and March 21st.
