Post by: LibraryPrograms on February 21, 2013, 07:09:04 PM
March 2013 Events at the Fairfax Community Library

News from the Town Librarian:
Did you know you can get an App for your smart phone or tablet that lets you browse our library catalog with ease?  It’s called Destiny Quest, and it is free!  Find it in your App store.

The library is embarking on a planning process to set goals for meeting community needs and leading the library into the future.  We will be asking for your input in a variety of ways over the next 6 to 8 months.  Look for surveys, community forums, and more.  If you have ideas or would like to be involved, simply talk to me or any library trustee.

Don’t forget to spring your clocks ahead one hour on Sunday, March 10th!

The session is being put on by a new Vermont company called SunCommon (check them out here: www.suncommon.com) that is helping families and farms across Franklin County go solar with no upfront cost and monthly payments that are actually lower than what you're already paying for utilities.
