FAIRFAX DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD                  Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012

 

Jesse Suter and Michell Force, and Cynthia Pease-Stratton Administrative Review of a Boundary Adjustment between their properties at 39 and 49 Richards Rd.

7:15PM- J. Heyer called the hearing to order.  The warning was read, introductions made, and interested persons sworn in.

 

Skip Taylor presented the boundary adjustment to the Board.  He explained that when Ms. Pease-Stratton subdivided her property she retained a “hockey-stick”- shaped area of .7 acres on the other lot (Lot 1 – owned by Jesse Suter and Michelle Force) for a replacement septic system.  Since the State no longer requires replacement systems the land is reverting back to Lot 1.  Skip told the Board that the proposal met all the requirements of a boundary adjustment and recommended it be approved.  He asked that the  conditions in the Findings of Fact and Order require that the new boundaries and the exact acreage be included on the map.  All other conditions would be standard.

 

There was discussion with Mr. Suter regarding recording the revised wastewater permits for each lot in the Town Land Records.

 

M. Casey moved to accept the Zoning Administrator’s recommendation to approve the Boundary Adjustment; M. Dufresne 2nd.  All in favor.
