Parenteau/Wills/Millette Boundary Adjustment at 211 McNall Rd, 197 McNall Rd, and 189 McNall Rd.

Members Present: J. Heyer, B. Murphy, M. Casey, C. Rainville, M. Dufresne

Public Present: Rebecca McNall, Travis LeBeau, Joseph Leguard III, Morgan Marnell

Daniel Garey, S. Taylor, ZA.

Applicants Present: Rae Parenteau, Tim Wills

7:00 PM- J. Heyer called the meeting to order.  The warning was read, introductions made, and interested persons sworn in.

J. Heyer offered to recuse himself as he is an adjacent property owner.  The applicants felt it was not necessary.

Skip Taylor presented the project to the Board.  The proposed boundary adjustment will convey .22 acres from Parenteau to Millette and .17 acres from Parenteau to Wills.  All checklist requirements were met and the project complies with Boundary Adjustment requirements.  He recommended that the Board approve the Boundary Adjustment.

Rae Parenteau explained that the boundary adjustment had been made and money had changed hands, but nothing was ever recorded.  She discovered this when she found her title was clouded. She is now seeking to resolve this.

Skip explained that prior to 2007, there was no need for DRB approval, only a permit was needed. Now there must be a DRB hearing and a survey recorded.

J. Heyerasked if any State permits were needed.  Skip does not believe so.  B. Murphy asked when money had changed hands.  Rae Parenteau stated she did not know.  The other parties are not sure.  The original transaction was with Howard VanBenthysen.

7:15 PM- B. Murphy moved to accept the Zoning Administrator’s recommendation; C. Rainville 2nd.  All in favor.

Respectfully submitted,

Martha Varney, Zoning and Planning Assistant
