The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
M. Hunziker made a motion to
accept the minutes from both October 17th and October 24th. A. Lemieux second for both. All in favor.
The Planning Commission
discussed various sections of the Bylaws including such topics as waivers,
allowed uses, setbacks, Planned Unit Developments, driveways, and stormwater
issues. Definitions of Permitted Use
and Conditional Use will be added to Appendix B. Skip Taylor will get more information from Northwest Regional
Planning regarding allowed uses.
9:30 PM, M. Hunziker made a
motion to adjourn. A. Lemieux
second. All in favor.
Next meeting will be on November 21, 2006.
