The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM. This was a special joint session called by the
Planning Commission, to include the Selectboard and the DRB. The intent was to discuss the recommended
changes to the current Bylaws and Zoning Regulations. Discussion continued
through to the end of the document.
Some changes were made, and some items were referred back to the
Planning Commission for further consideration.
The PC will now resume discussions, with the focus to incorporate the
changes agreed to in the three joint Board meetings. A few items still need further discussion, like driveway
definition and driveway width. The
other Boards will be contacted when a new set of corrections is completed. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 PM
Next regular meeting will be on November 7, 2006 at 7:30
PM.
