The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM. This was a special joint session called by the
Planning Commission, to include the Selectboard and the DRB. The intent was to discuss the recommended
changes to the current Bylaws and Zoning Regulations. Discussion resumed
starting with Article 4, Section 4.13 of the Zoning Bylaws, and continued
through Article I of the Subdivision Regulations. Some changes were made, and some items were referred back to the
Planning Commission for further consideration.
The Boards will continue the joint discussion October 24th at
7:00 PM. The participants expressed the
opinion that this joint meeting was very beneficial. The meeting was adjourned at 9:55PM.
Next regular meeting will be on October 17, 2006 at 7:30
PM.
