The meeting was called to
order by G. Heyer at 7:30PM.
M. Hunziker made a motion to
accept the minutes from September 15, 2006.
R. Wimble second. G. Heyer, M.
Hunziker and R. Wimble in favor.
The upcoming meeting with the
Selectboard was discussed. The time of
that meeting will be changed to start at 7:00 PM. S. Taylor and C. Raymond will
review the responses to the Selectboard and highlight the items that have
already been agreed to. A member of the
Development Review Board will be invited to attend for their input on how the
specific changes will affect their job.
Problems with lawsuits related to vagueness in the Bylaws were
discussed. S. Taylor asked the Board if
there is any way the Bylaws could address the issue of loud noise that affects neighboring
property owners. This issue was discussed and the Board agreed this area needs
to be addressed, but they determined that the Bylaws are not the proper place.
Training opportunities were
discussed. M. Hunziker has two possible
seminars he would like to attend. The
training grant was discussed. G. Heyer
and S. Taylor will meet on Thursday September 21, 2006 to discuss the
application for
a grant for the Town Plan.
8:45 PM: M. Hunziker made a
motion to adjourn. P. Hudson second. All in favor.
Next meeting will be on October 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM.
