7:30 PM G. Heyer called the meeting to order. The minutes from September 4, 2007 and September 11, 2007
were reviewed. A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the minutes from Sept. 4, 2007. M. Hunziker second.
All in favor. R. Wimble made a motion to accept the minutes from Sept. 11, 2007. M. Hunziker second. All in favor.
The Planning Grant Application has been completed and mailed. The application was signed by the Selectboard; S. Taylor, Zoning Administrator; G. Heyer, Planning Commission Chair; and D. Meunier, Town Clerk.
The Town survey, that was formatted by G. Brunswick, from NRPC, was reviewed and a few minor changes were made. The surveys will be sent to the printer, and will be ready to mail out to all households in town by the end of October. Hopefully they will be returned by Nov. 15, 2007. Two community forums are scheduled in December to discuss the results of the surveys and to seek further input on community issues to be addressed in the Town Plan update. At the forums, homemade cookies will be provided by the Board.
