Heyer called the meeting to order. The minutes from June 17, 2008 and July 15,
2008 were discussed. A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the
Minutes from June 17, 2008. R.
Wimble second. All in favor. M.
Hunziker made a motion to accept the Minutes from the Public Hearing on July 15,
2008.
D. Brown second. All in favor.
The Public Hearing that was
held for the revision to the Town Plan was discussed. Various topics were brought up during the meeting such as trees,
roads, Amendments to Ordinances, sizes of directional signs, etc. The Board
discussed a list of suggestions for fixes to the August 2007 Bylaws. M.
Hunziker asked C. Raymond to do a search of the Bylaws for the word “structure”
in the current Bylaws and Subdivision Regulations. The Planning Commission will invite the Selectboard to a joint
meeting to discuss various issues. At a
future date the Planning Commission will invite the Development Review Board
for a similar meeting.
