PC MEMBERS PRESENT: G. Heyer, A. Lemieux, M. Hunziker, R. Wimble, D. Brown

Heyer called the meeting to order. Dave Brown will attend the upcoming training
presented by Vermont League of Cities and Towns, sponsored by the Development
Review Board on July 17, 2008. The minutes from June 3, 2008 were
discussed. A. Lemieux made a motion to accept the Minutes from June 3, 2008. M. Hunziker second. All in favor. The Board discussed a list of suggestions for fixes to the August
2007 Bylaws. Topics such as definitions, setbacks, structures, and significant
figures were discussed.
The upcoming public hearing
for the new Town Plan was discussed. C.
Raymond will post a notice regarding the Public Hearing on Henry Raymond’s Web
site, two weeks before the hearing. There will be no meeting on July 1,
2008.

Hunziker made a motion to adjourn.
A. Lemieux second. All in favor.
The next meeting will be the
Public Hearing on July 15, 2008.
