7:00 PM G. Heyer called the meeting to order.
M. Hunziker and S. Taylor have met four times with G. Brunswick to edit the document. Substantive issues have been left for the full Planning Commission to discuss.
The discussion picked up where it was left last time and the following issues were discussed:
Solar panels
Wind towers
Automobile sales
PUD minimum lot size
Slopes between 15 and 25 percent
Expansion of non-conformities
Water quality protection
Stream corridor protection
Road standards
Traffic studies
Updated Stormwater language
Simultaneous conflicting proposals
Definitions
Approximately six pages of definitions are left for review.
M. Hunziker motioned to approve the minutes from April 20, 2010. D. Brown seconded. All in favor.
Mark and Skip will meet with Greta again next Monday, May 17, 2010 to complete the editing.
The next meeting will be on June 1, 2010, at 7:00 PM.
