G. Heyer called the meeting
to order. M. Hunziker made a motion to
accept the Minutes from March 27, 2007.
A. Lemieux second. All in favor. Discussion centered on the
format for the Public Hearing to be held on April 24, 2007
regarding the changes to the
Bylaws and Subdivision Regulations. The
written comments from Vinnie Jiwatron, regarding adding uses to areas outside
the growth center, were discussed. The
hearing will be at the school and directional signs will be put up. Discussion centered on possible questions
the public may ask, using a hand-out titled
“Rationale for
Amendments” that was prepared by S.
Taylor. G. Heyer will chair the hearing.
A room reservation will be requested from the school for a possible
recessed hearing on May 1, 2007. Other
topics of discussion included growth in town and training opportunities.

Hunziker made a motion to adjourn.

favor.
The next meeting will be the Public Hearing on April
24, 2007 at 7:00 PM at BFA Fairfax, room 354.
