7:35 PM G. Heyer called the meeting to order. The Minutes from April 1, 2008 were reviewed. M. Hunziker made a motion to approve the Minutes from April 1, 2008, as amended. A. Lemieux second. All in favor.
Fair Housing was discussed. A Fair Housing policy will be added to the Town Plan. The Implementation Chapter was discussed in detail. Next meeting the rest of the Implementation Chapter will be completed, along with a new section on Compatibility. S. Taylor volunteered to drive around town to take new pictures for the Town Plan. A. Lemieux will try to accompany him. 9:35 PM M. Hunziker made a motion to adjourn. A. Lemieux second. All in favor.
The next meeting will be a workshop on April 29, 2008.
